Ben Grice is a 6'0", 194-pound wide receiver from Atlanta, Georgia, who transferred to Rice from Wake Forest. At Woodward Academy, he recorded 116 receptions for 2,083 receiving yards and 26 touchdowns across his high school career. As a senior, he caught 53 passes for 972 yards and 11 touchdowns while helping the War Eagles reach the 6A state championship game. During his junior season, he had 50 receptions for 910 yards and 11 touchdowns while averaging 26.4 yards per punt return with four return touchdowns. At Wake Forest in 2024, Grice appeared in all 12 games on special teams, recording 163 plays and tying for the team lead with 77 kickoff return plays.
