CJ Jackson III is a true freshman running back from Norfolk, Virginia, who attends Old Dominion. He was a three-star recruit ranked No. 14 in the 757 region by the Virginian-Pilot and No. 49 statewide in Virginia. As a junior in high school, Jackson rushed for 1,386 yards and 23 touchdowns.
