Deacon Schmitt is a 6'5", 312-pound true freshman right guard from Windsor, Colorado. A four-star prospect ranked No. 278 nationally in the 2026 class, he was named the nation's No. 21 offensive guard prospect by national outlets and No. 22 inside offensive lineman by Rivals. In high school, Schmitt earned first-team all-state honors in 2024 and 2025, and served as team captain at Windsor High School. He helped lead the Wizards to the 2025 Class 3A state championship game. Schmitt enrolled at Oklahoma in January 2026 and chose the Sooners over Alabama, Colorado, Nebraska, and Tennessee.
