Kai Holec is a 6'8", 327-pound right tackle from Seattle who joined Oklahoma State as a transfer in spring 2026. He attended O'Dea High School, where he earned two first-team all-metro selections in 2022-23 and helped lead his program to three consecutive Division 3A state playoff appearances with back-to-back semifinal runs as a junior and senior. His high school team compiled a 34-8 record across four seasons, including 21 wins in his final two years. Holec initially signed with San Diego State and redshirted in 2024 without appearing in games.
