Tyler Gillison is a defensive lineman from Pickerington, Ohio, who attended Pickerington Central High School. A three-star prospect in the Class of 2022, he was ranked among Ohio's top overall recruits by multiple outlets. Gillison played for Cincinnati in 2023, appearing in 10 games and recording 15 tackles, including 2.5 for losses totaling 10 yards, while also crediting a pass break-up. He transferred to Michigan State in 2025, playing in nine games as a freshman and recording two tackles across 11 defensive snaps and 56 on special teams. Gillison now plays for Ohio.
