Bio

Brett Tastad is an offensive guard for North Dakota State. The 6'5", 298-pound true freshman from Rolette, North Dakota, attended Rolette High School, where he was a three-year starter and four-year letterman. He earned two all-state honors, including first-team selection in 2024. During his high school career, his team compiled a 35-8 record with one state championship and one state semifinal appearance. Tastad also competed in wrestling and track and field, earning academic all-state recognition in wrestling. He plans to major in agribusiness.
