Josiah Thomas is a tight end from Austin, TX who played college football at Western Carolina before transferring to New Mexico State. As a freshman in 2025, Thomas appeared in all 12 games for the Mountaineers, recording 28 receptions for 228 yards and three touchdowns with an average of 8.1 yards per catch. He posted a career-high eight receptions against Wofford on October 4 and earned second-team All-Southern Conference honors along with All-Freshman team selection.
