Amare Sanders is a 6'1", 190-pound left cornerback for Nebraska who hails from Miami, FL, where he attended Gulliver Prep. A three-star recruit ranked 836 nationally in the 2024 class, Sanders redshirted in 2024 after appearing in five games, including the Pinstripe Bowl, and recording two tackles and one pass breakup against Northern Iowa. In 2025, his redshirt freshman season, Sanders played in seven games and logged two total tackles, including one against Houston Christian and one against No. 15 Utah in the Las Vegas Bowl.
