DaMarion Fowlkes is a wide receiver from Montgomery Village, Maryland, who lettered three times at Our Lady of Good Counsel High School under coach Andy Stefanelli. As a junior, he led the WCAC with 857 receiving yards and 11 touchdowns while earning all-league honors. During his senior season, Fowlkes accumulated 47 receptions for 761 yards and four receiving touchdowns, along with five punt return touchdowns and one kickoff return touchdown, totaling 1,247 all-purpose yards. A two-time all-WCAC selection and first-team all-met honoree, Fowlkes received four-star ratings from recruiting services, ranking among the top 25 national receivers.
