Canon Boone is a center for Mississippi State who hails from Kemah, Texas, where he prepped at Dickinson High School. A three-star recruit in the 2021 class, Boone redshirted his first year in 2021 before appearing in one game during his redshirt freshman season. He saw action in eight games as a redshirt sophomore in 2023, recording 45 snaps without allowing a sack or committing a penalty.
