Ted Hammond is a defensive end from Cincinnati, Ohio who attended St. Xavier High School. As a senior in 2023, he recorded 38 tackles with two for loss and 0.5 sacks. Hammond arrived at Michigan as a four-star recruit ranked No. 418 overall nationally and No. 47 among defensive linemen. He redshirted during his freshman year in 2024.
