Deakon Tonielli is a tight end for Michigan who hails from Oswego, Illinois, where he lettered in football, basketball, and track and field. A four-star recruit in the 2023 class, Tonielli did not appear in games during his freshman year. He saw limited action as a sophomore before appearing in all 13 games in 2025, earning his first varsity letter. That season, he caught eight passes for 72 yards across two starts at tight end and made two tackles on special teams.
