During his junior season in 2023, Hannan completed 197 of 309 passes for 2,249 yards and 14 touchdowns while posting an 8-6 record as a starter. A senior-year injury limited his playing time, though he completed 47 of 73 passes for 460 yards and seven touchdowns with no interceptions. Hannan redshirted during the 2025 season.
