Antonio Johnson is an offensive lineman for Michigan State from Detroit, Michigan. He attended Orchard Lake St. Mary's, where he earned first-team All-Region honors as a senior in 2024 and first-team All-State recognition as a junior in 2023. Johnson was selected to multiple all-conference teams by Detroit-area media outlets. During his senior season, his high school squad compiled an 11-3 record and won the MHSAA Division 2 state championship.
