Matthew McCoy is a 6'6", 325-pound right tackle for the Miami Hurricanes. A native of St. Johns, Florida, McCoy arrived at Miami as a four-star prospect ranked No. 32 at his position by national outlets. In 2025 as a redshirt junior, he appeared in all 16 games with 15 starts at left guard, logging the fifth-most snaps among offensive linemen. The offensive line helped limit tackles for loss to a rank of No. 5 in FBS and No. 1 in ACC, while allowing the second-fewest sacks in the ACC. McCoy played in all four College Football Playoff games, including the national championship contest on January 19.
