Bio

Tyler Martin is a middle linebacker for the Massachusetts Minutemen. A native of Acton, MA, Martin attended Buckingham Browne & Nichols High School as a three-star recruit before joining Arizona in 2022. He transferred to Massachusetts and redshirted his first year. In 2023, Martin appeared in 11 games, recording 14 tackles and one tackle for loss. During the 2024 season, he saw action in 12 games with 27 tackles and two tackles for loss. In 2025, Martin earned Redshirt All-MAC Third Team honors after tallying 103 tackles with 36 solo and 67 assisted. He recorded four tackles for loss, an interception returned for a touchdown, two pass breakups, and a fumble recovery. Martin ranked fifth in the MAC with 8.7 tackles per game.
