Ryan Manning is a wide receiver for Maryland from Glenn Dale, Maryland, where he attended St. Frances Academy. Manning was the state's second-rated receiver and 13th-ranked player overall via national outlets upon joining the program in 2023. He appeared in one game as a freshman that year, catching two passes for 18 yards. Manning played in seven games each in 2024 and 2025.
