Iverson Howard is a running back from Gaithersburg, MD, who attended Quince Orchard High School. A three-star recruit ranked 535th nationally, Howard was the top-ranked running back in Maryland and received over 20 Power Four offers before committing to Maryland. During his true freshman season in 2025, Howard played in all 12 games, recording 39 carries for 125 yards and two receptions for 3 yards. He led the team with seven kickoff returns totaling 108 yards, averaging 15.4 yards per return with a long of 27 yards. Howard currently returns as a sophomore for the Terrapins.
