Jake Acklin is an offensive lineman for the Louisiana Tech Bulldogs who stands 6'5" and weighs 297 pounds. The redshirt sophomore from Haynesville, Louisiana, attended Haynesville High School, where he played both offensive and defensive tackle and helped lead the Golden Tornados to a state runner-up finish in his senior year. Acklin redshirted during his freshman season in 2024 and did not see playing time as a redshirt freshman in 2025. Born December 18, 2004, he is the son of Carmen and Daniel Acklin.
