Ayden Combs is a linebacker for Louisiana Tech, standing 6'2" and weighing 220 pounds. A native of Cypress, Texas, he attended Cypress Ranch High School, where he earned first-team all-district 16-6A honors as both a junior and senior. During his high school career, Combs recorded over 200 tackles, 15 or more sacks, and 30 or more tackles for loss. He committed to Louisiana Tech over multiple other programs as a three-star recruit ranked 2524 nationally and 324th in Texas. Combs is currently a true freshman with the Bulldogs.
