Jacob Wallace is a redshirt freshman right cornerback for Iowa from Upper Marlboro, Maryland. A three-star recruit in the 2025 class, Wallace attended DeMatha High School, where he recorded 41 tackles, seven interceptions, and two fumble recoveries during his senior season. He earned four letters as a defensive back and three as a point guard on the basketball team. In 2025, Wallace appeared in three games for the Hawkeyes, posting five total tackles including two solo tackles in contests against Nebraska and #14 Vanderbilt in the ReliaQuest Bowl before redshirting.
