Cade Myer is a 6'2", 295-pound right guard from Frisco, Texas who attended Wakeland High School, where he played offensive line and long snapper. At Colorado School of Mines, Myer redshirted in 2022 before appearing in six games in 2023. He played in 11 games in 2024, starting nine at left guard and earning Second Team All-RMAC honors. In 2025, Myer started all 11 games at left guard, was named First Team All-RMAC and First Team All-NFFCC, and served as a team captain as the squad finished 12th nationally in rushing offense.
