Kasmir Hicks is a 5'11", 177-pound true freshman cornerback from Indianapolis who attends Indiana University. At Decatur Central High School under head coach Kyle Enright, Hicks earned four-star recognition and ranked among the top 300 national prospects. He was named the No. 31 defensive back nationally and a consensus top-10 recruit in Indiana. During his prep career, Hicks recorded 103 tackles, seven interceptions, and 30 pass breakups while helping the Hawks capture the Class 5A state title as a junior.
