Jordan Anderson is a running back from Naperville, IL, who attended Joliet Catholic High School as a three-star recruit. He redshirted in 2022 and suffered a season-ending knee injury during 2023 training camp. Anderson returned to action in 2024, appearing in all 13 games at the position with six carries for 12 yards. In 2025, he saw expanded usage across 13 games, recording nine rushing attempts for 41 yards and one touchdown, along with three receptions for 12 yards. He scored his first career rushing touchdown at Washington on 10/25/25 and contributed a critical first-down run in Illinois's 30-28 Music City Bowl victory over #23 Tennessee.
