Jack Raney is a placekicker and punter from San Jose, CA who prepped at Bellarmine College Prep. In 2021, he earned All-West Catholic Athletic League Co-Kicker of the Year honors after averaging 35.1 yards per punt with nine punts downed inside the 20-yard line, converting 43 of 46 extra-point attempts and 6 of 11 field goals with a long of 44 yards. He was ranked the 19th-best punter nationally in the class of 2023 by Chris Sailer kicking. Raney spent his freshman season at UC Davis before transferring to Houston, where he redshirted in 2024.
