Rayquan Adkins is a 5'11", 180-pound defensive back from Miami, FL who attended Northwestern High School. A consensus three-star recruit and Top 100 cornerback prospect, he recorded 26 tackles and nine interceptions over nine games in 2021. Adkins began his college career at Cincinnati in 2023, appearing in nine games with one start at cornerback against Houston and making his debut against Pittsburgh. He transferred to Iowa Western, where he posted 19 tackles, 0.5 TFLs, and eight pass breakups. Now a junior, Adkins joins Eastern Michigan as an incoming transfer for the 2026 season.
