Bio

Juan Salas is a safety from Eastvale, California, who attended Roosevelt High School before playing at Mt. San Antonio College. At Mt. SAC in 2024, he earned First Team All-Conference honors while recording 60 tackles, 2.5 tackles for loss, and four interceptions across 12 games. In his 2025 debut season at Eastern Michigan, Salas appeared in all 12 games with six starts, finishing with 34 total tackles including 21 solo stops. He recorded one interception against Ohio on October 25 and added a pass breakup versus Western Michigan on November 25. On special teams, Salas handled six punt returns for 55 yards, including a career-long 37-yard return against Louisiana on September 20.
