Ethan Kramer is a 6'4", 300-pound right guard from Colorado Springs, Colorado, who transferred to East Carolina in January 2026 following three years at Northern Arizona. At Pine Creek High School, he earned 4A Southern League First-Team All-Conference honors in 2019 and helped his team win state titles in 2016 and 2019. Kramer started all 12 games at left guard for Northern Arizona in 2025, earning Second-Team All-Big Sky honors and serving as one of five team captains. He appeared in 34 career games with 29 starts across his time with Northern Arizona and Northern Colorado, completing his undergraduate degree in December 2024.
