Durante Speer is a defensive back for East Carolina from Decatur, Georgia, where he attended Columbia High School. A consensus three-star recruit, Speer recorded 104 tackles (62 solo) during his prep career along with 2.0 tackles for loss, 1.0 sack, two interceptions, 10 pass breakups and a fumble recovery.
