Kylan Salter is a junior linebacker from Cedar Hill, Texas, who transferred to Colorado from TCU. At Cedar Hill High School, he recorded 115 tackles, 16 tackles for loss, four forced fumbles, and two defensive fumble returns for touchdowns across three varsity seasons.
