Ben Gula is a true freshman tight end at Colorado who hails from Weston, Florida and attended Cypress Bay High School. A consensus three-star recruit, he was ranked No. 1,227 nationally in the 2026 class. At Cypress Bay under head coach Bret Hood, Gula started 41 games over four varsity seasons, earning All-District honors each year, All-County recognition as a junior and senior, and All-State accolades following his senior campaign. He registered over 250 pancake blocks and allowed only one sack across more than 1,500 pass protection snaps during his high school career.
