Gavin Grover is a 6'6" tight end from Lewis Center, Ohio, who attended Olentangy High School as a consensus three-star recruit and national outlets's 15th-rated tight end prospect in the 2024 class. He recorded 105 receptions for 1,212 yards and 12 touchdowns during his high school career, including 63 receptions for 853 yards and 10 touchdowns as a senior. Grover enrolled early at Cincinnati and appeared in all 12 games in 2024, earning one starting appearance against Pitt. In 2025, he played in all 13 games with expanded passing-game involvement, collecting four receptions for 58 yards with a long of 33 yards, including a two-catch, 40-yard performance at Kansas.
