Matt Sexton is a defensive lineman for Central Michigan, standing 6'3" and weighing 265 pounds. The true freshman from Grand Rapids, Michigan, graduated from Forest Hills Central High School in June 2026, where he earned 2025 MHSFCA Division 3 All-Region honors. As a multi-position high school player, Sexton recorded 18 receptions for 162 yards and three touchdowns at tight end while posting 46 tackles, 9.0 tackles for loss, and one forced fumble as a linebacker. He helped the Rangers capture a state championship in 2023 and reach the Division 3 state finals as a junior. Rated a three-star recruit by multiple services, Sexton committed to Central Michigan on April 29, 2025.
