Josiah Booker is a defensive back for Central Michigan who stands 5'10" and weighs 160 pounds. A June 2024 graduate of Booker High School in Sarasota, Florida, Booker was a three-star recruit rated 0.8444 by recruiting services. At Booker H.S., he played multiple positions—wide receiver, running back, and defensive back—over two varsity seasons under head coach Scottie Littles. Over his final two years, he recorded 103 receptions for 1,696 yards with 15 touchdowns, rushed for 341 yards with five touchdowns on 45 carries, and scored 21 total touchdowns. As a redshirt freshman in 2024, Booker did not appear in games and redshirted his first season with the Chippewas.
