Emmanuel Okoye is a redshirt sophomore outside linebacker at California with 6'5" height and 240-pound frame. Originally from Lagos, Nigeria, Okoye attended NFL Academy before joining Tennessee as a recruit rated as high as the nation's No. 17 edge rusher. He redshirted his freshman year in 2023, then spent that season at tight end before moving to defensive end in spring 2024. A season-ending knee injury during fall camp sidelined him throughout 2024.
