Ben Howard is an offensive lineman from Lehi, Utah, who attended Skyridge High School. As a senior in 2024, he started 10 games on the offensive line and appeared in 38 games across his three-year varsity career. He helped lead Skyridge to a 10-3 record, 5-0 region mark, and No. 3 state ranking. A consensus 3-star recruit, Howard received offers from Arizona, Arizona State, and Penn State.
