Preston Rex is a running back for BYU listed at 6'0" and 200 pounds. A native of San Clemente, California, Rex completed a two-year religious mission in Chile and Texas (2020–22) before joining the Cougars. At San Clemente High School, he earned consensus three-star status and was selected All-South Coast League at wide receiver and safety.
