Pierson Watson is a 6'3", 230-pound linebacker for the BYU Cougars. A native of Flagstaff, Arizona, Watson attended Coconino High School, where he earned three selections to the Arizona 4A Grand Canyon All-Region Second Team. As a senior in 2022, he posted 56 total tackles, 8.0 tackles for loss, and 6.0 sacks while forcing and recovering two fumbles. He also played wide receiver and fullback on offense. Watson is a returned missionary and a relative of former BYU linebackers Aaron and Jadon Wagner. He is a redshirt freshman on the current roster. From Flagstaff, AZ.
