Jr Sia is a 6'5", 325-pound right tackle from Herriman, Utah, who plays for the BYU Cougars. A three-star recruit ranked No. 11 in Utah out of Mountain Ridge HS, Sia earned first-team All-State and All-Region honors as a senior, when he started all 43 games of his high school career on the offensive line. He attended Utah State, where he appeared in 13 games and made 10 starts at right tackle in 2025 before transferring to BYU as a redshirt junior.
