Cody Hagen is a 6'1", 185-pound wide receiver from Draper, Utah, who completed a two-year mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints before joining BYU. A four-star recruit from Corner Canyon High School, he posted 1,805 receiving yards and 23 touchdowns as a senior in 2021. After returning from his mission, Hagen appeared in 10 games as a true freshman in 2024, recording a career-long 16-yard reception. As a sophomore in 2025, he played in 13 games with three starts, catching 12 passes for 97 yards and rushing nine times for 93 yards with two touchdowns. He also served as the primary kick returner, compiling 18 returns for 409 yards at 22.7 yards per return.
