Donovan Rodriguez is a cornerback from Lancaster, Pennsylvania who redshirted during the 2025 season in his first year at Buffalo. A product of Manheim Township High School, Rodriguez earned All-State honors as a senior and was named Lancaster-Lebanon League Section 1 Defensive Back of the Year in 2024. He was selected to compete in the Big 33 Football Classic.
