Roman Tillmon is a 5'11", 185-pound nickelback from Independence, Missouri, who attended Fort Osage High School. A two-time first-team all-area, all-conference and all-district selection, he earned all-state honors as a senior with 146 tackles, including 103 solo tackles, 16 tackles for loss, and four interceptions. Tillmon played three seasons at South Dakota, appearing in six games as a true freshman in 2023 before recording 19 tackles across 14 games in 2024. In 2025, he posted 94 tackles and 45 solo tackles, tied for team-most, along with 2.5 tackles for loss and six pass breakups. He joins Boise State as a redshirt junior transfer.
