Kyle Hall is a safety from San Mateo, California, who played at Rocklin High School before transferring to Boise State from College of San Mateo. At the junior college level, Hall appeared in 13 games during both his 2024 and 2025 seasons. In 2025, he recorded 34 tackles with 22 solo stops, picked off one pass, recovered one fumble, added one tackle for loss and five pass breakups, and earned All-Bay 6 First Team honors. Hall was ranked the sixth junior college safety nationally and 11th overall junior college prospect out of California.
