Jovan Clark is a redshirt freshman linebacker who transferred to Ball State after spending the 2025 season at Washington State, where he enrolled early in spring. The Chicago native was rated a three-star prospect and ranked No. 34 overall in Illinois by national outlets coming out of Morgan Park High School. At Morgan Park, Clark earned four varsity letters and recorded 92 tackles, 13 tackles for loss, and six sacks as a senior while helping the team reach consecutive 10-2 seasons.
