Cedric Franklin II is a 6'0", 193-pound right cornerback from Mableton, Georgia, who attended Kell High School in Marietta. A three-star recruit, Franklin initially committed to Virginia before signing with Georgia Tech, where he redshirted as a freshman in 2024. He transferred to Arkansas State and appeared in three Sun Belt Conference games in 2025 against Texas State, South Alabama, and Georgia Southern.
