Bio

Will Upton, a 5'9" receiver from Jackson, Mississippi, arrived at Auburn as a walk-on following his high school career at Jackson Preparatory. In prep, he recorded 123 receptions for 2,226 yards and 31 touchdowns while serving as team captain under Coach Doug Goodwin, helping the Patriots capture the 2022 state championship. Named MAIS 6A offensive player of the year and a National Merit finalist, Upton saw his first college action against Alabama A&M in 2024 while also serving as backup holder. He has earned SEC Academic Honor Roll recognition in both 2024 and 2025. Currently a redshirt junior, Upton is a returning member of the Tigers roster and an engineering student.
