Bio

Jo Simmons is a 6'5", 330-pound right tackle from Dover, Delaware, who transferred to Auburn after four seasons at James Madison. At JMU, he appeared in 29 career games with 14 starts, including 13 starts at left tackle in 2025 when the Dukes won the Sun Belt Championship and earned a College Football Playoff berth. That season he was named honorable mention All-Sun Belt. In 2024, Simmons played in 13 games with one start at left tackle, which came in a bowl game against Western Kentucky. He redshirted in 2022 after appearing in one game. Simmons prepped at Salesianum High School, where he earned DIAA 3A First Team All-State honors as a senior and was a three-year varsity letterwinner. From Salesianum · Dover, DE.
