Matt Adcock is a tight end from Raleigh, Mississippi, who prepped at Simpson Academy before playing at Memphis. During his 2025 junior season with the Tigers, he appeared in 12 games with seven starts, recording 12 receptions for 70 yards and three touchdowns. He scored his first collegiate touchdown against Tulsa on October 4, then added back-to-back scores against East Carolina on November 11 and Navy on November 27. Adcock logged a season-best two receptions for 16 yards against South Florida on October 25. He transferred to Arkansas as a senior for the 2026 season. From Simpson Academy/Memphis · Raleigh, MS.
