Ismael Cisse is a 6'0", 198-pound wide receiver from Denver, Colorado, who transferred to Arkansas from Stanford. A three-star recruit in the 2023 class, Cisse redshirted his freshman year at Stanford in 2023, appearing in two games. In 2024 as a redshirt freshman, he played in all 12 games with five starts, recording 26 receptions for 241 yards and two touchdowns. He logged at least one reception in eight games, including a season-high eight catches for 79 yards and a touchdown against Cal Poly on September 7.
