Zach Taylor is a 6'4" wide receiver from Yoakum, Texas, who transferred to App State as a redshirt sophomore. Taylor spent the 2024–25 season at Arkansas, where he redshirted as a true freshman in 2024 before appearing in three games in 2025 against Notre Dame, Memphis, and Alabama A&M. In high school, he played quarterback and completed 160 pass attempts for 1,376 yards and 15 touchdowns while adding 342 rushing yards and six scores his senior year. Taylor also competed in track, running 10.44 in the 100 meters and 21.33 in the 200 meters, and won a state title in the 4x100 relay with a 10.25 split as anchor. From Yoakum · Yoakum, TX.
